Clopay roll up doors offer a economical way to satisfy your warehouse, garage or workshop needs. However they do come with some drawbacks if there is a possibilty of damage to the curtain. If the curtain is damaged, it can't be replaced, only straightened as well as the fact, that you can't replace the torsion spring. These doors do come Fl Code approved and Miami Dade approved on certain models and sizes.
